Kayce Renee Renfro was born August 16, 1983 in Brownsville, TN the daughter of David Andrew and Laura Kay Gladden Renfro.
Kayce graduated from Hardin County High School in 2001. She worked at Aqua Glass, Apple Barrel and for A & G Trucking. She loved the outdoors especially fishing, mud riding, floating the Buffalo River, and riding in her Dodge Charger with the windows down and radio up.
She had a heart of kindness, compassion and full of love for her family and friends. She battled cancer for 8 years, a supporter of Go Gold and was a patient as well as a supporter of St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
Kayce departed this life on April 2, 2015 in Memphis, Tennessee at the age of 31 Years, 7 Months, 17 Days. She is survived by her parents, David and Laura Renfro of Morris Chapel, TN; two sisters, Jennifer Parker of Memphis, TN, Candice Steely and husband Pj of Adamsville, TN; a brother, Douglas Renfro of Morris Chapel, TN; grandparents, Patsy “Gigie” Perry of Morris Chapel, TN, Jesse Gladden, Sr. of Fairfield, TX and Flavis Presley of Belmont, TX; two nephews, Antonio Gatlin and Hunter Steely; aunts and uncles, Marie Andrews, Bobby Perry, Jesse Gladden, Jr., Lisa Zartman, Laine Leach, Buddy Renfro, Theresa Renfro, and Diane Ward; several cousins and many friends.
She is preceded in death by grandparents, Willie Renfro, Nancy Presley, and Edward Perry; niece, Traci Lynn Steely.
She was loved by so many, an inspiration to all who knew her and will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
