Kay Garner of Adamsville, TN was born October 2, 1948 in Selmer, TN the daughter of Juanita Barnett Elliott of Adamsville and the late George D. Elliott. Mrs. Garner departed this life at her home on October 24, 2013 at the age of 65 Years, 22 Days.
She was united in marriage to Gary Garner on October 7, 1967.
Kay was a member of Good Hope Baptist Church. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother whose love for her family was always evident in her expressions and care toward them.
She is survived by her husband Gary Garner of Adamsville, TN; a daughter, Cathy Maness and husband Mike of Adamsville, TN; her mother, Juanita Elliott of Adamsville; two grandchildren, Caley Burks and husband Brian, Cole Maness; two great grandchildren, Mai Burks, Brayden Burks; two sisters, Molly McDaniel and husband Eldon of Adamsville, TN, Martha Cunningham and husband Jimmy of Adamsville, TN. Also survived by a host of extended family and friends.
In addition to her father, Mrs Garner was preceded in death by two brothers, Greg Elliott, Eddie Elliot.
