Funeral services for Katie Dodds, 83, of Corinth are set for Saturday, June 1, 2024 at 3pm at Fraleys Chapel Church of Christ Church with interment in Dogwood Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday, June 1, 2024 from 1:30pm until 3pm at Fraleys Chapel Church of Christ Church. Minister John Vines will officiate the service. Born October 26, 1940 in Ripley, MS, Katie passed away on Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth. She was a member of Fraleys Chapel Church of Christ and a homemaker. She loved going to church and her church family and enjoyed calling her friends and family on the phone and taking care of her dog until it passed away. Katie is survived by her daughter, Wanda Gates and 3 other children; step daughter, Sandy Lytle and husband Tommy; best friend and caregiver, Janice Thomas; her church family, other relatives and a host of friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, James H. Dodds; one child and her parents. Magnolia Funeral Home has been honored to serve the family of Mrs. Katie Dodds.
