Kathy Lynn Lowery, age 57 of Alexandria, passed away on December 21, 2024. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, December 29, 2024, at the Magnolia House at Cremation Services of East Alabama. Greg Ragsdale will officiate.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Lowery; brother, Eddie Lowery; grandmothers, Mary Champion and Margie Lowery; and grandfathers, John Champion and Billy Lowery.
Kathy is survived by her daughter, Gabby Murray and husband, Tyler; father, James Edward Lowery, Sr.; siblings, Casey Lowery, Tina Bussey and husband, Tony, Beth Cochran, and Marie Lowery; and nieces and nephews, Carmen Moran, Dakota Frklic, Josh Lowery, Stan Bussey, Brooklyn Hollingsworth, Sarah Slick, Wesley Slick, Brent Dean and Dalton Cochran
Kathy was born June 18, 1967, in Anniston, Alabama, to Mary Elouise Champion Lowery and James Edward Lowery, Sr. She was a seamstress, last employed with The Supply Room in Oxford, Alabama. She was a member of Life Worship Center of Golden Springs, Alabama.
