Mr. Karl George Klundt, Jr., age 80, of Decatur, died Friday, December 28, 2018, at Decatur Morgan Hospital. Shelton Funeral Home is assisting his family.
He was born August 8, 1938, in St. Xavier, MT to Karl George Klundt, Sr. and Katie Hust Klundt. He was an appliance repair technician, and a U. S. Army veteran who served in Korea and Vietnam. He was preceded in death by his wife, Clarice Eloise (Long) Klundt.
He is survived by his wife, Kelcie Dineen Klundt of Somerville; one son, Rodney Klundt of Bald Eagle, MT; three daughters, Karla Vickers of Highland, CA, Dreama Klundt of Decatur, and Alanna Klundt of Decatur; one brother, Dick Klundt of Denver, CO; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
Graveside service will be Friday, January 11, 2019, 2:45 p.m. in Alabama National Cemetery at Montevallo.
