Karen D. Walters, 68, of Madison, passed away Saturday. Karen attended Crosspointe Church of Madison and retired from Publix after ten years. She was a loving mother and grandmother, and will be missed by her family.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas E. Walters; sons, Robert W. Walters and Christopher T. Walters, both of Madison; daughter, Sandra M. Walters of Livingston; grandchildren, Jessica M. Harris, Joshua W. Harris and Matthew R. Walters; brother, Byron DeCoursey; sisters, Diane Trappen, Barbara Rogers, LaDonna Coleman, Lynn Campbell and Lynda Berkholtz; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, May 24 at Laughlin Service Funeral Home. The funeral service will immediately follow in the chapel with Pastor John Dees officiating.
