Funeral service for Karen Cooper, 59, will be Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at 3:00 PM at Valhermoso Holiness Church with Bro. Tim Patrick officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. Burial will be in Valhermoso Holiness Cemetery. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 16, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Peck Funeral Home
Mrs. Cooper died on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at Athens Hospital. She was born Saturday, April 18, 1964, in Marshall County, to Robert Lee Crowe and Mabel Othell Hopkins.
She loved online gaming, going out to eat with family and just spending time with family. She was employed at Intergraph in the IT department. She has worked for Dollar General for more than ten years prior to her passing.
Preceding her in death were five siblings, Johnny Crowe, Rita Smith, Charles Crowe, Frances Brown, and Bobby Crowe and her parents.
