Kallie Burgess Black, passed away on December 7, 2020 at the age of 80. She was born on June 1, 1940 to the late Chares W. and Mary Walker Burgess. Kallie retired from working with Bell South as an Electronic Tech.
She is survived by her brother, Charles Burgess, Jr. (Connie); sister, Charlene Henderson (Danny) and lifelong friends, Peggy and Waymore Roden and Peggy Self.
Along with her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Velma Reeves and Thelma Henderson; siblings, Thornon Burgess, Ivy Joy Downer, Emma Lou James and Ovell Burgess.
Visitation will be held at the Wilson Funeral Home on December 7, 2020 at 12:00 with graveside service beginning at 2:00.
Wilson Funeral Home and Crematory of Fort Payne is in charge of arrangements.
