Services for Junior O’Neal Waldrep, 72, of Town Creek will be Wednesday October 2, 2024 with a visitation from 12:00 PM until 1:30 PM at Elliott’s Brown-Service Funeral Home followed with a graveside at 2:00 PM at Providence Cemetery.
He was born on February 24, 1952 in Lawrence County to Claudie and Pauline Tippett Waldrep and passed away on September 29, 2024 at his residence.
Junior was retired from Reynolds Metal and TVA. He was a member of Providence Baptist Church, the Hatton Masonic Lodge 879 and the Union Local # 366.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brother Willard Waldrep and two nephews Cecil Waldrep and Sean Masterson.
He is survived by his wife Kay Waldrep, daughter Michelle Waldrep; son Justin Waldrep and wife Leanne; one granddaughter Sophie Waldrep who was his Sunshine.

The family expresses a Special Thanks to Amedisys Home Health and nurse Jada, and hospice nurses Heidi, Vicki and Jason.
