June Marie Spencer, 80, passed away Saturday, November 5, 2022, at Rosewood Assisted Living in Tupelo. She was born July 1, 1942 to the late Holder Leon Richie and the late Marie Elizabeth Pharr Richie in Booneville. She was a member of Saucer Creek Church of Christ. June enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Over the last couple of years, she hasn’t been able to get out and do much, but she always loved to have visitors and especially loved being able to see her babies. Services will be at 1:00 pm on Tuesday November 8, 2022 at Senter Funeral Home with Bobby Cleveland officiating. Burial will be in Sandy Springs Cemetery. Visitation will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm on Tuesday November 8 at Senter Funeral Home. Senter Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements. She is survived by 2 sons; Craig (Mona) Clayton of Pontotoc, and Jason (Alicia) Clayton of Mooreville, grandchildren; Lauren (Josh) Copeland, and Ashton Clayton, step grandchildren; Katie Holliday, Kellie Holliday, and Justin (Karen) Luther, great grandchildren; Cole Copeland, Clayton Copeland, and Cade Copeland, step great grandchildren; Baylor Peeples, Emery Clayton, Gabby Black, and Gage Luther, brother; HL Richie of Corinth, nephew, Bryce Richie of Corinth, and a host nieces, nephews and cousins whom she loved dearly. She was preceded in death by her husband; Doug Spencer, and her parents; Holder and Marie Richie. Pallbearers will be Ashton Clayton, Josh Copeland, Cole Copeland, Bryce Richie, Clayton Copeland, and Gage Luther.
