Julie Ann Berry, beloved daughter of Julian and the late Frances
Berry, went to Glory on April 25, 2018.

Julie was born in Washington, DC on New Year’s Day, 1959, and
lived in many places during her father’s military career. Upon his
retirement, the family settled in Huntsville, AL, where Julie was an
honor student at Butler High School, and then at UAH.

After graduation, she went to work for the US Army as an Electrical
Engineer, but soon became disillusioned with working for
the government and left for Bible College in Cleveland, TN. After
completing her studies there, she worked at many jobs, but never
found one that met her expectations.

No matter what her situation, she always remained quite independent,
relying on the Lord to meet her needs, and never
complained nor asked for assistance. Her independent streak remained
with her all her days, even to the very end.

Julie was preceded in death by her grandparents, and by her
mother.

She is survived by her father, Julian; her stepmother, Joan; three
brothers, Ransome (Debi), Kevin, and Michael (Ryan). She also
leaves to mourn her a nephew, Cole, and two nieces, Sarah Frances
and Anna Kathryn.

A Memorial Service will be held on May 3, 2018 at 11 AM, at St.
Stephen’s Episcopal Church,
8020 Whitesburg Drive, SE,
Huntsville, AL 35802. Berryhill
Funeral Home is assisting
the family.
