Judy Kay Taylor, age 57, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Wednesday, March 02, 2016 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN. She was a native of Sikeston, MO, and a former employee of Best Western.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Virginia Pokorney Barnett; her husband, Joe Carnell; and one sister, Doris Niedergeses.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM Friday, March 04, 2016 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Friday, March 04, 2016, with Ricky Cotton officiating. Interment will follow at Bumpas Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN.
