Judy Dion Judy “Juju” Lane Dion, 76 of Arab passed away Monday, September 2, 2024, at Haven Roberts Hospice Care Center in Palatka, Florida. She was born February 14, 1948, to her parents Joseph Price and Charlsie Adams, in the Appalachian community of Blount County, Alabama. She attended Appalachian School and later received her CNA and served as a caregiver to the elderly. She attended Liberty Church in Arab, Alabama and in the last years enjoyed watching the service online. She had a beautiful voice and loved singing in church all her entire life. She loved to cook for church events and for her family. She enjoyed attending the Arab Senior Center and was happy to have been senior citizen of the month. Her greatest joy was her children and grandchildren. She was known as Grandmother Juju. She traveled many miles over the years to attend their birthdays, school, sporting, and church events.

She is survived by daughters: Christy Anderson (Josh) and Kendra Poirier (Mark); brother: Wally Adams (Joan); grandchildren: Brad Osborne, Luke Poirier (Taylor), Logan Poirier; nephews: Lee Gilliland, Devin Adams, and Landon Adams; nieces: Courtney McHan (Daniel) and Carlie Adams; cousin: Brenda Strong. Preceded in death by her parents: Dad, Joseph Price and Mother, Charlsie Newton Adams, brother: Kenneth Price, sister: Linda Gilliland, infant son: Aaron Gay, grandson: Clay Osborne, son-in-law: Mitch Osborne.

Funeral Service will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, September 14, 2024, at Gober Funeral Chapel with Nick Belpaso and Pastor John Wesley Bryant officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. Saturday. The burial will be in Arab Memorial Cemetery, Gober Funeral Chapel directing.

Pallbearer: Mark Poirier, Luke Poirier, Bradley Osborne, Josh Anderson, Sam Taylor, Lee Gilliland, Wally Adams, Devin Adams, Landon Adams, and Logan Poirier.
