Judy Gail Craft, 71, Leighton, passed away on Monday, September 25, 2023. Visitation will be Friday, September 29, from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. at Morrison Funeral Home, Tuscumbia. The funeral service will immediately follow in the funeral home chapel with Nolan Clemmons officiating. Interment will be in Glendale Cemetery, Leighton.
Judy was a lifelong resident of Colbert County. She enjoyed her horses and dogs, but her greatest love was spending time with her grandchildren. Judy was preceded in death by her parents, James and Sybil Hooper; sister, Marilyn Stanfield; brothers, David and Roger Hooper; and grandson, Spencer Myrick.
Judy is survived by her husband, Samuel Craft; children, Regina Grissom (Angela Hardy), Alicia Bates, Misty Lee (Andrew), and Stephanie Myrick; sister, Linda Posey; grandchildren, Katoria Grissom, Isaiah Bates, Amya Grissom, Maddie Holland, Sam Holland, Jackson Myrick, and Mason Myrick; and great-granddaughter, Serayah Myrick.
Pallbearers will be Chris Brown, Dustin Campbell, Matt Lineberry, Andrew Lee, Trey Craft, Thomas Craft, and Joel Brown.
