Judy Armstrong Owens, 82, passed away Tuesday, April 2, 2024 at Cookeville Regional Medical Center, Cookeville, TN. She was born in Vina, AL to James and Cora Massey Armstrong. She was a school teacher for more than thirty years and was a Baptist.
Graveside services will be Saturday, April 6, 9 a.m. at Halltown Cemetery with Greg Strickland officiating. Burial will be in Halltown Cemetery. Deaton Funeral Home, Red Bay, AL will be in charge of arrangements.
She is survived by her husband of fifty-six years, Larry Owens; sister-in-law, Dixie Hileman; two nephews, Daniel Hileman and Jeffery Owens and a host of other nephews, great-nephews, cousins and friends.
