Judith Kay Voss, age 81, of Leoma, TN passed away Tuesday, October 17, 2023, at her residence. She was a native of Peoria, IL, retired CNA from NHC HomeCare, a member of the VFW Auxiliary, and American Legion Auxiliary. She enjoyed fishing and being outdoors.
She was preceded in death by her father and stepmother, James Samuel and Rose Lowrance; mother, Bernice Edith O’dell Revera; and one sister, Euna Sue Pilkington.
She is survived by her husband of 46 years, James Larry Voss of Leoma, TN; three daughters, Georgetta Kay Whitley (Lee) of Five Points, TN, Georgia Susann Brewer of Ethridge, TN, and Angela Kay Thomas (Larry) of Mobile, AL; three grandchildren, Savannah Kaylee Laws (Trevor), Zada Leigh Whitley, and Kaylee Cheyenne Huson (Collin); three sisters, Jeri Howell (Jim); Dana Bobbitt (Tim), and Cathy King (Doug); three brothers, Bud Lowrance (Linda), Scott Lowrance (Robyn), and Butch Lowrance (Sue); several nieces, nephews, and extended family members.
Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM Friday, October 20, 2023, at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 2:00 PM Friday, October 20, 2023, with Terry Potts officiating. Interment will follow at Gum Springs Cemetery in Lawrenceburg, TN. The family suggests memorials be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
