Judith Ann Scott, 72, of Florence, passed away March 14, 2015, at her residence after an extended illness. She was a member of the church of Christ, a retired school teacher’s aide, and a devoted foster parent for several years.
Visitation will be today from 6-8 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held Wednesday, March 18, 2015, at 11 a.m. in Greenview Memorial Chapel with Malcolm Scott officiating. Burial will follow in Greenview Memorial Park.
Mrs. Scott was preceded in death by her parents, Leo and Mary Sibley.
She is survived by her husband, Kennie D. Scott; son, Kenneth E. Scott, of Pflugerville, Texas; daughter, Lori Glover, of Gulf Shores, Alabama; brothers, Terry Sibley, of Montgomery, and Tommy and Jimmy Sibley, both of Florence; sisters, Jeanne Cooper, of Denver, Colorado, and Joan Pero, of Florence; and grandchildren, Zack and Zoe Scott, Mary Glover, Whitney Peed, and David Glover.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
