Funeral service for Juanita Morgan Dunn, age 80, of Moulton will be 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 26, 2024, at Parkway Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Chris Fuller and Bro. Darrell Fuller officiating. Mrs. Dunn, who died Sunday, January 21, 2024, at her residence, was born October 19, 1943, in Alabama to Charley Lanier Morgan and Amanda Pearl Rainey Morgan. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, Kenneth Morgan and George Lee Morgan (Willie Mae); and five sisters, Maybelle Morgan, Eureatha Tanksley (Lelton), Maddaline Hamby (Slim), Marie McDonald, and Jewel Dean Hamby. Juanita devoutly loved Jesus, and spending time with family. She also enjoyed attending yard sales as well as hosting them.
She is survived by her husband, R. J. Dunn; two sons, Rickey Jason Dunn and Rodney James Dunn (Jody); one daughter, Rebecca Dunn Harville (Matthew); three grandchildren, Rochelle Dunn Abbott (Jason), Mason Hunter Harville, and Haley Montana Harville; bonus grandchild, Ciara Harville Whitten (Brent); great-grandchild, River Jae Abbott; and two bonus great-grandchildren, Jayden Whitten and Ross Whitten.
Pallbearers will be Hunter Harville, Jason Abbott, Charles Hamby, David Cross, Chris Keeton, and John French. Honorary pallbearers will be Eddie Hamby, Jeffrey Burnett, and Joey Sivley.
The family would like to express their special thanks to Southern Care/New Beacon Hospice, especially Justin, Ashley, Paris, Sue Ann, and Carmen.
