Juanita Faye Heath, age 62 of Oakman, passed away on Monday, July 17, 2023 at Brookwood Medical Center.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 19, 2023 from 4:30 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. at Collins-Burke Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday, July 20, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. in the Collins-Burke Chapel, with burial at Philadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery. Paul Mason will officiate.
Mrs. Heath was preceded in death by her Husband-George Heath, Jr.; Mother-Patricia Johnson; Father-Columbus Johnson; Brother-Nick Johnson.
She is survived by her Daughters-Candace Daniel (Shannon) and Desiree Bartlett; Special friend-Lilly Key; Brother-Teddy Jacks (Janie); Grandchildren-Jayden and Jaxson Freeman, Mason and Dansby Bartlett.
Pallbearers will be Jayden Freeman, Jaxson Freeman, Shannon Daniel, Jeremy Daniel and Brannon Daniel.
