Joyce Marie McElroy Terry, 76, of Town Creek “the Hatton community” died September 17, 2015, at her residence.
Her funeral will be today, September 19, 2015, at 2 p.m. at Jackson Memory Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Cove Spring Freewill Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will be noon to 2 p.m. prior to the funeral.
Joyce was retired and enjoying her time as a homemaker. She was very active in her church “Prayer Tabernacle United Pentecostal Church.” She will be very missed by her family and church community.
Joyce is survived by three daughters, Debra Burroughs, Janet Redding and Stacy Dawson; one sister, Gail Campbell; six brothers Hayward, Bobby Kenneth, Avery, Johnny and Ronnie McElroy; seven grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be grandsons and nephews.
