Joyce Lorene Smith Lindsey, age 86, born and raised in Lawrence County. Went home to be with her Lord on December 5, 2020. She was a loving wife, mother, and mawmaw. She loved testifying about Jesus everywhere she went. She was faithful in attending her church, Trinity Life Tabernacle and doing the Lord’s will and work. She enjoyed her family, gardening, and mowing her lawn.
2 Timothy 4:7 “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.”
She is survived by her four children all of Leoma, TN. Glenda J. Lindsey Smith, David L. Lindsey Jr. (Judy), Shirley A. Lindsey Waddle, Danny R. Lindsey (Leesa). Nine Grandchildren, Kevin Smith (Amanda), Jeannine Jones (Kenny), Eric Lindsey, Greta Lindsey, Holley Cody (Dennis), Ethan Waddle, Lindsay Buie (Tony), Lori Lindsey, Justin Lindsey (Hannah). Fourteen Great Grandchildren, One Sister, Hester Collier.
Preceded in death by her Parents, John Albert Smith and Willie Mae Freemon Smith, loving Husband, David (Lloyd) Lindsey, two Son-in-laws, Donnie R. Smith and Rickey A. Waddle, five brothers, Arthur, Bud, Carroll, Leslie, Donald Smith, Two Sisters, Virginia Luther and Lurlene Lindsey.

A Graveside Service will be held at Trinity Life Tabernacle Cemetery on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. with Brother Tony Buie officiating.
