Joyce Counts Seagle Ontiveros, 73, of Decatur, passed away on Sept. 17, 2017. She was born on April 23, 1944. She will be missed by all who knew her.
Joyce is preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Elberta Counts.
She is survived by daughters, Celestina “Tina” Roux, Carla Seagle Hogue and Serena Seagle McCulloch (Mack); grandchildren, Sean, Logan and Livia Hogue; sister, Debbie Arnold; brothers, Larry Counts (Kathy) and Gary Counts; three nieces, two nephews and one great-nephew.
A Celebration of Life will be Wednesday, Sept. 20, 2017, at 3 p.m. at Roselawn Funeral Home. Her visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Mack McCulloch, Sean Hogue, Logan Hogue, Garrius Owens, Larry Counts and John Cooper.
