Joyce Ann Simpson, age 66 of Heflin, passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, at Cleburne County Nursing Home. She was born in Indiana on May 26, 1958, to William Royce and Ida Agnes Mooney Knight who preceded her in death. She was also preceded by her three older brothers, Pete, Ricky, and Philip Knight.
Joyce is survived by her daughter, Brandy (Jeffery) Rollins; sons, Daniel (Samantha) Simpson and Steven (Felicia) Simpson; sister, Cathy (Newman) Voss; brother, Harold (Tereasa) Knight; 12 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and sister-in-law, Mary Knight.
Joyce loved spending time with her grandchildren, loved shopping, and loved going to church and singing. She was a member of Mt. Zion C.H. Church.
