Mrs. Robbins was a native of Tuscumbia and a member of Old Brick Presbyterian Church. She was preceded in death by her infant daughter and her husband of sixty years, Harvey Frank Robbins.

Joyce Ann was a wonderful gift from God. What a servant, a real, genuine servant. A gift to all who knew her and loved her. Joy was a great name for her because she was absolutely full of joy. She would give anyone the shirt off her back, the shoes off of her feet, or the jewelry she was wearing. It was very known if you wanted or needed something of hers, consider it yours. She loved giving!!! She delighted in giving what she had been so blessed with. But she also would have given if she didn’t have the money to buy. That’s one of the most beautiful and unique things about her. She was funny, fiercely loyal, and protective of those she loved. She was an encourager. She loved to entertain. She loved to see people have a great time. What a Joy she was. She was known to us as Mama-Joy.

She is survived by her son, Harvey Frank Robbins Jr. and wife, Karen; daughters, Angie Williams and husband, Jimmy, and Beverly Ann Robbins; grandchildren, Harvey Frank “Hank” Robbins, III and wife, Sherri, Holli Longwell and husband, Josh, Ridge Robbins, Megan Holloway and husband, Tillman, Wesley Williams and wife, Hannah, and Robbins Williams and wife, Morgan; and fifteen great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Harvey Frank “Hank” Robbins III, James Wesley Williams, Robbins Walton Williams, Winston Garner, Patricio Jaramillo, and Ridge McKinney Robbins.
