Joyce Ann Adams age 72 of Athens, passed away Monday, July 4, 2016 at Ardmore on Main Nursing Home. Mrs. Adams was born May 7, 1944 in Limestone County, AL to H.A. Yarbrough and Lucille Presnell Yarbrough.
Services will be Wednesday, July 6, 2016 3:00 p.m. at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home with Anthony Anderson officiating. Visitation will be Wednesday, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:45 p.m. prior to the service. Burial will be in New Oakland Cemetery.
Mrs. Adams was a member of New Oakland Independent Baptist Church.
Preceded in death by her sister, Betty Wallace.
Survived by one son, Keith Adams and wife, Cora of Decatur; two brothers, Wayne Yarbrough and wife, Ann and Jerry Yarbrough and wife, Gayle both of Athens.
Pallbearers will be Brian Yarbrough, Allen Wayne Yarbrough, Terry Wallace, Jackie Wallace, Dewayne Wallace and Jonathan Wallace.
