A funeral service for Joy Wiley Chunn, 87, of Decatur, will be on Friday at 3:00P.M. at Peck funeral home with Bro. Joey Smithson officiating and Peck funeral home directing. Burial will be at Cedar Creek freewill Baptist church cemetery. Visitation will be from 2:00P.M. to 3:00P.M at the funeral home. Mrs. Chunn was born on November 7, 1936 to Billo and Lucille Wiley. She died on October 16, 2024 at Summerford Health and Rehab.
Joy was a loving mother and grandmother. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist church, she enjoyed gardening, shopping and spending time with her granddaughters. Joy was preceded in death by her parents, husband Howard Dixon Chunn, daughters Marisa Chunn and Allison Littrell and three sisters Ruby Murphy, Ruth Hicks and Betty Maddox.

Brother: Jerald Wiley
Son-in-Law: William Littrell
Two granddaughters: Lucy Littrell Carlisle (Colton) and Mamie Littrell Baker (Jack)
Numerous nieces and nephews
Pallbearers will be Colton Carlisle, Jack Baker, Donald Wiley, William Littrell, Cade Wiley and Mark Littrell.
