Joshua “Josh” Cain Brooks, 37 of Athens, passed away November 28th, 2024. Josh was born on March 14th, 1987, in Decatur, to Daryl and Jan Webster Brooks.
Josh is survived by his parents Daryl and Jan Brooks; sister Austin Brooks Pike (Andy); niece Adalyn Pike; and grandmother Clara Brooks.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents Horace Brooks, Roy Webster, and Margie Webster.
Funeral services for Josh will be Friday, December 6th, 2024, at 1:00pm at Limestone Chapel Funeral Home, with Mike Green and Bill Perkins officiating. Visitation will be Friday from 11:00am-12:45pm at the funeral home. Burial will be at Roselawn Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jonathan Wood, Clint Brooks, Sam Brooks, Roy Brooks, Allen Junior, and Seth Burke.
