Joshua Alexander Smith, infant son of Blair Moore and Johnathan Smith of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Friday, November 15, 2013 at Crockett Hospital in Lawrenceburg, TN.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Katherine Moore; and great grandfather, Charles A. Smith.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. Graveside services and interment will be conducted at Westside Cemetery in Giles County, TN at 2:00 PM Sunday, November 17, 2013, with James Tillar officiating.
