Mr. Joseph Wheeler Morring
Joseph Morring 88, of Huntsville passed away on Sunday, December 29, 2013. Mr. Morring is the son of Henry Alexander Morring and Mary Lusk Morring. He is preceded in death by his wife Mary Emma Morring.
He is survived by his 3 Sons; Michael (Kathy) Morring, Patrick (Margaret) Morring, and John (Sandy) Morring, grandchildren; Ryan Morring, Zach( Aly) Morring, Katie Morring, Molly Morring, Brad(Stephanie) Morring, and Mallory Morring, great grandchildren; Jagger and Blaise Morring, and 1 sister Betty Morring.
Mr. Morring is a veteran of The United States Navy, serving during World War 2 in the South Pacific. He was a recipient of the Purple Heart. He spent many years working for the Huntsville Utilities where he retired.
Visitation will be held at Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville on Thursday, January 2, 2014 from 11:00am until 1:00pm. A graveside service will be held at Huntsville Memory Gardens at 1:30pm following the visitation.
