Joseph “Pandy” Tyler, 83, died Sunday, April 24, 2016. Visitation will be 6-9 p.m. today at Spry Funeral Home, Athens. The service will be 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home chapel, with burial in New Oakland Cemetery.
