A Graveside Funeral service and Interment for Joseph David Wren, 35, will be Thursday, August 8, 2024 at 3:00 PM at New Friendship Cemetery with Rev. Kenneth Rogers officiating and Peck Funeral Home directing. No public Visitation is scheduled.
Mr. Wren died on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at Lawrence County Medical Center. He was born January 1, 1989, in Morgan County, to Bobby Joe Wren and Penny Darlene Motes Wren.
He was a Landscaper, prior to his passing. He loved fishing, racing and fast cars, and laid black marks on every road in Lawrence County. He enjoyed spending time with his family and was always ready to go toe to toe for them. He was a grill master and took pride in his masterpieces. He was a simple kind of man. His mother preceded him in death.

Sisters – Tonya Mizell (Scotty)
Tosha Mizell (Heath)
Pallbearers will be Nathen Haynes, Derrick Glover, Mike Reece, Alex Nieto, Donald Motes and CJ Motes.
