Joseph “David” Binkley, age 67, of Lillian, AL, died July 31 st 2024 at his home.
A Celebration of Life will be held for David on Saturday August 24th 2024, 2-5pm at Bethel Free Will Baptist Church, 2400 Mosley Ferry Road in Ashland City, TN with his brothers-in-law Barney Hicks and Jerry Moore speaking.
David was born January 17, 1957 in Huntland, TN to the late Ollie and Mary Binkley, He was a carpenter/contractor and owned his own businesss, Binkley’s Carpentry Plus. He was a master builder.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his late wife Jacquelyn “Jackie” Binkley, his sister’s Yvonne Adair, Naomi Hicks, and brother Wayne Binkley.
He is survived by his wife Diane Binkley; daughters, Brandi (Larry) Binkley-Watson,
Nicole Binkley, bonus daughter Sarah (Greylyn) Hinds; granddaughters, Monroe and
Cheyenne Binkley; sisters, Barbara (Jerry) Wood, Patsy Flynn, Jean (Jerry) Moore; brother Paul Binkley; brother-in-law, Tim Mobley; father-in-law, James Tate and his wife Kay Tate; brother-in-law, James “Buddy” Tate; and sister-in-law Tammy Tate; and lots of niece’s and nephew’s that he loved very much.
If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to a pancreatic cancer research organization of your choice.
*The family asks that if you attend the Celebration of Life to please come in your best Honolulu attire. It was David’s favorite.
