Joni Marie Simmons, 57 of Arley passed away on November 14, 2012 at her home.
She was born on March 1, 1955 in Florida.
Visitation will be held on Thursday from 6-7pm at Nichols Funeral Home in Addison where a memorial service will be held at 7PM. Reverend Jeffery Wiggins will officiate.
She is survived by her husband of 40 years Cary Wayne Simmons; sons, Scot Simmons and his wife Melissia Mullins, and Brandon Simmons and his wife Jessica; brother, Donny Owens; and she was Mi Mi to two grandchildren, Katelyn Marie Simmons and Caleb Scot Simmons.
She was preceded in death by her father, James A. Mayer and her mother, Mariam White Mayer.
