Jolinda Cooper, age 61 of Columbia, TN went to be with the Lord on June 14, 2021 at home with family by her side. She was born in St. Louis, MO to Richard A. Cooper and Joyce Oliphant Cooper Wakefield. Jolinda will be remembered as a devoted, thoughtful, caring, loving daughter, sister and friend. Jolinda loved to travel seeing the majority of the United States and multiple countries abroad. She also enjoyed trying new and unique experiences including a wide range of experiences from driving on the Autobahn to Mountain Helicopter rides. A highly respected colleague and accomplished technical writer, advisor, and mentor, Jolinda represented her employers as a specialist for many of the world’s largest companies. She was an accomplished tuba player, member of the Mensa Society, loved cooking and recipe experiments. She was an active and anonymous philanthropist and benefactor to many causes and people in need. Jolinda was a Renaissance Woman who left a legacy of adventure, creativity, and love. Jolinda leaves behind her loving mother, Maj. Carol Joyce Wakefield; siblings, Terri Sutphin, Capt. Wendy (Bo) Parsons, and Chris (Kimberly) Cooper; niece, Callie Sutphin; nephews, Christopher, Zachary, Maxwell, and William Cooper; great niece, Arya Cooper. A private family memorial service will be held at Spring Hill Memorial Funeral Home. Inurnment will be held at the Asher Cemetery in St. James, MO. Memorial contributions may be made to the Captain Fred Wakefield and Jolinda Cooper Music Fund,
