Johnny Wayne Gardner, age 46, of Lawrenceburg, TN passed away Saturday, October 10, 2015 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN. He was a native of Lawrence County, TN, former employee of Dura Automotive, and of the Baptist Faith.
He was preceded in death by his Step-Father, Dale Moore.

Arrangements are being handled by Neal Funeral Home, 231 N. Military Avenue, Lawrenceburg, Tennessee. The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday, October 11, 2015 at Neal Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted at Neal Funeral Home at 11:00 AM Monday, October 12, 2015, with Jessie Littrell officiating. Interment will follow at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lawrence County, TN. Family suggests memorials be made to Nashville Rescue Mission, 639 Lafayette Street, Nashville, TN 37203.
