Johnny Mack RigsbyJohnny Mack Rigsby, age 67 of Huntland passed away Thursday, February 11, 2021 at Lincoln Medical Center. He was born August 9, 1953 in Madison County, Alabama to the late Roy and Annie Mae Rigsby. Johnny was a member of Huntland Pentecostal Church. He worked as a floral designer at Design World and loved interior decorating as well as caring for his cows. He enjoyed being around those he loved, especially his grandchildren. He will be remembered as being strong-willed, always full of information and never meeting a stranger. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Timothy Shane Rigsby. He is survived by his son, Kane (Amanda) Rigsby of Huntland; grandchildren, Mackenzie, Abbigail, Zachary, Skyler and Olivia; siblings, Louise Pearman of Huntsville, Earl (Faye) Rigsby of Fayetteville, Betty Weaver of Huntsville, Doris Cash of Huntsville, Faye Shook of Huntsville, Peggy (Jimmy) Freeman of Birmingham, Jimmy (Brenda) Rigsby of Huntsville and Nancy Gaye of Huntland; and a host of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be 11 am-1 pm Saturday, February 13, 2021 ay Huntland Pentecostal Church. Funeral services will follow at 1 pm at Huntland Pentecostal Church with Pastor Mitchell Gardner officiating. Burial will be at Moore Memorial Cemetery with Jimmy Rigsby Jr., Brandon Hardgrave, Michael Lynn Shook, Tom Gardner, Jeff Boyett, Michael Gardner, Toney Gray and Blake Ellis serving as pallbearers.
