Johnny Dalton Miles, 67, passed away December 27, 2023, at his home. He was the owner of Johnny’s Body Shop from 1983-2019. Johnny was the owner of Rawhide Rods and a founding member of Vintage Outlaws Racing.
Visitation will be Friday, January 5, 2024, from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Greenview Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at Bethel Berry Cemetery. Officiating will be Wayne Gean.
Johnny was preceded in death by his parents, Dalton and Hazel Miles.
He is survived by his girlfriend of 22 years, Beth Clanton; son, Jamie Miles (Caroline), daughter, Kelly Miles Howard; sister, Judy McKelvey; friend like family, Jimmy Dodd; grandchildren, Deserae Miles-14, Rylee Miles-11, and Houston Miles-7.
Pallbearers will be Jamie Miles, Houston Miles, Tim Riedout, Stephen Whitten, Tommy Brown, Carl Collins, and Wayne Sutherland.
Honorary pallbearers will be Jimmy Dodd, Dwight Wooten, and Vintage Outlaws members.
