Johnnie Ray Washburn, 88, died December 30, 2013. Funeral will be Friday at 2 p.m. at Westminster Presbyterian Church with visitation one hour prior to the service at the church. Burial will follow in Burningtree Memorial Gardens with Roselawn Funeral Home directing
