Johnnie H. Tyson, 82, of Toney, Alabama passed away on Friday, January 20, 2017, at Huntsville Hospital in Huntsville, Alabama.
Born Sunday, February 18, 1934 in Decatur, Alabama she was the daughter of the late Ollie Kate Bevins. She was preceded in death by husband, John Donald Tyson and sister Peggy. She enjoyed reading, gardening, line dancing, and attending church at Wooley Springs Baptist.
Surviving are son, Clayton J. Nave, Jr. and wife Tina of Prospect, TN; grandchildren, Matthew Nave, Lucas Nave, Brianna Nave, Shane (Nikki) Henegar and great granchild, Jaxon Brody Henegar.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 PM on Monday, January 23, 2017 at Ardmore Chapel Funeral Home in Ardmore, Alabama with Bro. Tony Boyles officiating. Burial will be in Gatlin Cemetery, Ardmore, Alabama.
The family request in lieu of flowers that donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
