Johnnie Faye Sanford Martin passed away on July 13, 2023 in Attalla, Alabama. She was 57 years old.
Johnnie was born on February 2, 1966 to Richard Pearson Sanford and Ethel Virginia Otts of Walker County, Alabama.
Johnnie is survived by her son, Jeremy (Katie) Faulkner; Daughter, Bridget (Donnie) Faulkner. She is survived by three grandchildren: Tanner (Miguel) Faulkner, Jayda Faulkner, Camron Faulkner, and her brother Kevin Sanford.
Johnnie is preceded in death by her parents, and her long-missed baby boy, Jason Lamar Faulkner. Also following are her siblings, Anita Faye Sanford, John Pearson Sanford, and William Dale Sanford.
Johnnie was known best for her ability to bring levity to tough situations. She was kind. Through her Earthly struggles she was able to salvage kindness. That was her wealth and her beauty.
