Johnie Ruthe Jones passed away Wednesday, Nov. 13, 2013, at UAB Hospital.
She leaves to cherish her memories four children, Irika I. Lee (Randy), Florence, Ala., Lajuan O. Jones (Erica), Northport, Ala., Beniquez A.L. Jones, Stone Mountain, Ga., and Laqui A. Jones, Florence, Ala.; and four grandchildren. She also leaves five sisters and six brothers.
She was a faithful member of Bethel Lauderdale M.B. Church until her death. She was an employee at ECM Hospital for 25 years until her retirement in 2012.
Visitation will be Monday, 1-7 p.m., at Saints Funeral Home, 501 Broad St., Sheffield, Ala. She will be funeralized Tuesday, Nov. 19, 2013, at 1 p.m. at Bethel Lauderdale M.B. Church.
