Johnathan Lesley Lewis age 41 of Smithville, passed away Wednesday December 2, 2020 at his residence in Smithville. Funeral services will be 1:PM Saturday, December 5, 2020 at DeKalb Funeral Chapel with Bro. Michael Hale officiating and burial to follow in Mt. Zion Cemetery in McMinnville. Visitation with the family will be Saturday 11:AM until the time of the service at 1:PM. In lieu of flowers, the family ask that donations be made to DeKalb Funeral Chapel to help with funeral expenses. Due to Covid-19 and social distancing guidelines, we ask for the health and safety of everyone that you please exercise social distancing. The pews in the funeral home chapel are marked off to allow 100-125 people for the service. The funeral home lounge is closed at this time and no food or drinks are allowed in the funeral home at this time. A complete obituary will be given later.
