Funeral service will be 1:00 p.m., Thursday, April 13, 2017 at the Oakwood University Seventh-day Adventist Church (5500 Adventist Blvd NW, Huntsville, AL 35806) with Dr. Carlton P. Byrd officiating. Interment will be in the Oakwood Memorial Gardens. Dr. Thompson will lie in repose one hour prior to funeral time.
Public viewing will be held from 12:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 12, 2017 and 8:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., Thursday, April 13, 2017 at the Royal Funeral Home.
