John William Richards, age 55, of Cullman, passed away on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at his residence. He was born June 24, 1966, in Illinois, to John Richards and Karen Wolpert.
He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Larry Wolpert; and grandparents, John and Verna Richards and Dean and Norma McRay.
Survivors include his son, Devon Richards; daughter, Amanda (Nathan) Gerteisen; grandchildren, Nate Gerteisen, Jr., and Anna Gerteisen; father, John Richards; mother, Karen Wolpert; brother, Scott Richards; sisters, Kathy Richards and Monica Richards; brother, Chris Richards; sister, Sara Richards; cousin, Melinda Dobbs; and a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
