John Ralph Evans, age 91, of Hamilton, AL, passed away on Saturday, October 05, 2024, at his residence. He was born in Alabama on December 19, 1932, to Sam Evans and Norma Woodham Evans.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2024, from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. at Marion County Funeral Home.
The service will be at 2 p.m. October 12, 2024, at Marion County Funeral Home with Bro. Dan Duncan and Bro. Edward Pluckett officiating. The interment will be at Fulton Bridge Cemetery.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Sam and Norma Woodham Evans; sister, Louise McCracken; Nephew, Samuel McCracken.
He leaves to cherish his memory, wife, Julia Evans; sons, Tony Evans, Terry Evans (Taryn); Grandchildren, Jeremy and Jared Evans; brother, Charles Evans (Alice); brother-in- law, George McCracken; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Marion County Funeral Home assisted the family.
