John Perry 77, of Hazel Green passed away on Friday December 13, 2013. He is survived by his wife of 13 years, Mrs. Carol Lyon, son’s Steven Perry, John Perry, Johnny Perry, Paul Miller, Billie Bates, Joe Swiderski, Steven Wilkerson, daughters; Polly Perry, Georgia Perry, Wanda Bates, Peggy Bates, Kathy Neto, Brenda Devore, Judy Perry, 30 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grand Children, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mr. Perry worked at SCI for 21 years before retiring. He also spent many years working for Coke Cola, Double Cola, Cotton Mill, and Redstone Arsenal. He was a member of Ardmore Assemble of God Church and a past member of Center Assemble of God Church in Huntsville.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 15, 2013 from 5:00pm until 8:00pm at Spry Funeral Home of Huntsville. Services for Mr. Perry will be on Monday, December 16, 2013 in the Spry Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00pm.
