John McGinnis, age 76, currently of Cedar Bluff and formerly of Nauvoo, passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at his residence in Cedar Bluff.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dave and Ethel McGinnis; grandson, Scott Anthony McGinnis; and eight siblings.
John is survived by his wife, Linda McGinnis; children, Larry McGinnis (Raquel), Michael McGinnis (Robin), Scott McGinnis, and John McGinnis, Jr.; grandchildren, Jordan, Larry Jr., Melody, Kaitlin, Kathleen and Justin; eight great grandchildren; siblings, Elaine, Louise and Candis; and numerous nieces and nephews.
John loved fishing, hunting and family.
