John Leocruz Simons, 64 of Athens, Alabama, died Monday, May 22, 2023 at Huntsville Hospital.
Mr. Simons was born January 19, 1959 in Philippines, he was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church in Athens and a retired Security Guard.
Services will be 2PM Thursday at Spry Funeral Home Chapel in Athens with Matt Taylor officiating and burial in Roselawn Cemetery, Visitation is Thursday 12noon until service at Spry Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Matt Taylor, John T. Simons, John Patterson and Allen Taylor.
Survivors: Wife, Trinidad Simons of Athens. Son, John Tristan Simons of Athens. Daughter, Janice Leahgrace Simons and Finance’ John Patterson of Athens. Sister, Carolina Bennett of Athens. Niece, Mary Jane Kelly of Athens. Nephew, Henry Bennett of Athens.
Preceded in death by: Daughter, Denise Melody Simons. Brother, Armando.
