Funeral Service for John Kelly Halbrooks will be Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at 3:00PM at Peck Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Michael Gunter officiating with burial in the Moss Chapel Cemetery with Peck Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Tuesday from 1:00PM-3:00PM at the funeral home. Mr. Halbrooks was born October 17, 1976 in Decatur, AL to John Halbrooks and Patricia Ann Hargett Halbrooks Rice. He passed away Friday August 13, 2021 at his residence. He was preceded in death by his father. John had a huge heart and always made everybody laugh. He loved his friends and family and was an avid Alabama Fan.
