John Jackson Boyett, age 78, of Lewisburg, Tennessee, died Sunday, June 2, 2024, at Maury Regional Medical Center.
John was born June 28, 1945, in Lewisburg, Tennessee, to the late John Boyett and Lois Ownby. He was a Real Estate Appraiser for the United States Treasury Dept and a member of Lewisburg First United Methodist Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Joyce Killingsworth.
He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Barbara Thompson Boyett; one son, Clint (Jennifer) Boyett of Cookeville; one daughter Julie (Tom) Rylander of Dupont, Washington; three grandchildren, Ryleigh and Jackson Boyett, and Sophie Rylander.
Visitation with the family will be held at London Funeral Home, 324 West Church Street, Lewisburg, Tennessee, on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, from 4:00 pm until 6:00 pm.
Funeral Service will be conducted on Thursday, June 6, 2024, at 2:00 pm from the Chapel of London Funeral Home with burial to follow in Lone Oak Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lewisburg First United Methodist Church.
